Acerca del tiempo escolar: ¿nieve en nuestras manos?

Abstract

La pregunta a la que alude el título de este artículo orbita en torno al tiempo escolar, para tratar este interrogante, propongo algunos abordajes a través de un recorrido teórico conceptual por aquellos autores que lo han in-vestigado y tematizado. Para ello, realizo una breve sis-tematización que, sin agotar todos los trabajos que sobre tiempo escolar se han venido produciendo, pueda ofrecer algunas coordenadas conceptuales y analíticas que sean un aporte para pensar el tiempo de y en la escuela, y que nos permitan comprender cómo funciona y cuáles fueron sus mutaciones en el contexto de confinamiento social. Los desarrollos que aquí presento se constituyen en una versión acotada de uno de los capítulos que formarán parte de la escritura de mi Tesis doctoral1, en relación con la reconstrucción del estado del arte en las teorizaciones acerca del tiempo escolar. Dicha investigación de Docto-rado indaga las inasistencias escolares en el nivel secun-dario y trata de explorar las presencias y ausencias de los estudiantes en la escuela.

The question of the title revolves around school time and, in order to try to address this question, I propose some approaches through a conceptual theoretical journey by those authors who have investigated and thematized it. To this end, I make a brief systematization that, without exhausting all the materials that have been produced on school time, may offer some conceptual and analytical coordinates that may be a contribution to think about the time of and in the school, and that allows us to understand how it works and which were its mutations in the context of social confinement. The developments that I present here constitute a limited version of one of the chapters that will be part of the writing of my doctoral thesis1, in relation to the reconstruction of the state of the art in theo-rizations about school time. This doctoral research investi-gates school absences at the secondary level and tries to explore the presence and absence of students at school.
