Abstract

The article deals with problems of accessibility as conditioners for the development of an area. When such area offers few attractions for the settling and quick development of undertakings that generate strong profits, there is an attempt to remove obstacles adopting the plannersi look, which goes beyond the surface of reality and penetrates it. In this case it is the pampean reality, which offers vast areas in which populating is so weak that it is not enough to organize centres of urban concentration. The landscape in Arbol Solo, selected as an example ofwhat is posed, is in itself an embryonic urban centre. Circumstances derived from governmental action have promoted it, but the needs peculiar of its inhabitants, indeed scarce, have fostered them, reinforcing from the spontaneous what the political decision has implemented.
