Análisis de la comunicación entre enfermería y personas con discapacidad o limitaciones auditivas en el Hospital Dr Lucio Molas

El siguiente trabajo es una investigación de tipo cualitativa, centrada en un enfoque fenomenológico que tiene como objetivo determinar, interpretar y describir la comunicación entre enfermería y personas con déficit o limitaciones auditivas en el hospital Dr. Lucio Molas de Santa Rosa La Pampa. El estudio se realizo a través de una encuesta a 50 enfermeros/as seleccionados de manera aleatoria y casual que trabajan en el Hospital Dr. Lucio Molas. Para esto se solicito la autorización correspondiente al director del nosocomio y se garantizo la privacidad de los encuestados. A través del análisis de los cuestionarios se busco analizar la comunicación entre enfermería y personas con déficit o limitación auditiva, determinar actitudes de enfermería frente a pacientes con déficit auditivo e identificar herramientas de comunicación utilizadas por enfermería ante personas con déficit o limitaciones de audición. Partiendo de la hipótesis inicial de que Enfermería encuentra dificultosa la comunicación con el paciente hipoacusico o sordo por desconocer estrategias alternativas a la comunicación verbal, como conclusión se demostró que en el Hospital Dr. Lucio Molas de Santa Rosa La Pampa esta hipótesis no es válida ya que a pesar de que el grupo de enfermeros encuentra un mediano nivel de dificultad ante su encuentro con personas con déficit auditivo y de manifestar no haber tenido capacitación sobre estrategias alternativas de comunicación verbal y no verbal es capaz de desarrollar canales de comunicación alternativos para transmitir su mensaje como lo son los gestos, dibujos, señas, ayuda de un familiar etc. The following work is a research of type qualitative, centered in an approach phenomenological that has as objective determine, interpret and describe the communication between nursing and people with deficit or limitations hearing in the hospital Dr. Lucio Molas of Santa Rosa the Pampa. The study is conducted through a survey to 50 nurses / as selected of way random and casual that work in the Hospital Dr. Lucio Molas. For this is requesting the authorization corresponding to the director of the hospital and is guaranteeing the privacy of the respondents. Through the analysis of the questionnaires is seek analyze the communication between nursing and people with deficit or limitation hearing, determine attitudes of nursing facing patients with deficit auditory e identify tools of communication used by nursing before people with deficit or limitations of hearing. Starting of the hypothesis initial of that nursing is difficult the communication with the patient hard or deaf by ignore strategies alternative to it communication verbal, as conclusion is showed that in the Hospital Dr. Lucio Molas of Santa Rosa La Pampa this hypothesis not is valid since while the Group of nurses is a medium level of difficulty before his meeting with people with deficit auditory and of manifest not have had training on strategies alternative of communication verbal and not verbal is capable of develop channels of communication alternative to transmit its message as it are them gestures, drawings, signs, help of a family etc.
