Los cambios introducidos en el Servicio Médico Previsional (SEMPRE) durante el período 2005-2015 y su impacto sobre la satisfacción y la motivación de sus agentes

El presente trabajo de investigación aborda los temas de la motivación y satisfacción de los agentes de Servicio Medico Previsional (SEMPRE) a raíz de una serie de cambios introducidos en dicho organismo entre los años 2005-2015, entre los que se destacan principalmente la incorporación del adicional por productividad (A.PRO), la actualización del organigrama y la regulación del régimen interno de concursos. El problema de análisis se constituye en torno a la evaluación de la implementación de los cambios antes mencionados a la luz de las teorías humanistas de la Administración de Recursos Humanos y a la determinación de si estos influyen en la motivación y satisfacción de los agentes como objetivo principal, asimismo también se plantea como objetivos particulares reconocer cuáles son los factores motivacionales y las necesidades de los agentes de SEMPRE; determinar las principales causas de su satisfacción e insatisfacción y establecer el grado de correlación entre la evolución del grado de satisfacción y el nivel de rendimiento de dichos agentes. Como se demostrará en el texto que sigue, se ratifica la hipótesis planteada acerca de que los cambios implementados en SEMPRE durante el periodo 2005-2015-los cuales se consideran acordes a las nuevas tendencias de gestión de recursos humanos impulsadas por los países miembros de la OCDE, y que se reflejan principalmente en la aplicación del adicional por productividad, el régimen de concursos y la actualización del organigrama- contribuyen a aumentar el grado de satisfacción y motivación de los agentes de SEMRPE. Asimismo, se da respuesta a los objetivos planteados al identificar los principales factores y causas de motivación y satisfacción de los agentes y se verifica un alto índice de correlación entre la satisfacción de los agentes y el nivel de rendimiento de los mismos.
