Cuerpos rebeldes : militancias, vidas cotidianas y escritura en Aparecida de Marta Dillon

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza el texto testimonial de la periodista y militante argentina Marta Dillon Aparecida (Buenos Aires, 2015), que cuenta la recuperación e identificación de los restos de su madre, militante política secuestrada y desaparecida durante la última dictadura militar. Pero ese relato es inseparable de las múltiples referencias a la militancia de la propia Dillon en los movimientos feministas y LGTTBI; el testimonio finaliza con dos rituales: los funerales de la madre “aparecida” y la boda de la propia Marta con su pareja, Albertina Carri. Mi objetivo es explorar la manera en que Dillon encadena en su escritura dos tipos de militancia y de experiencias de vida que a menudo se han dado la espalda o se han enfrentado abiertamente: la experiencia militante y cotidiana de una mujer en los años 60 y 70 del siglo XX, recuperada a través de los retazos biográficos de esa madre ausente, por un lado, y la militancia de la propia autora en los movimientos de mujeres y en los colectivos LGTTIB, el recorrido intrincado de una vida “lesbiana” y la experiencia de una familia de “nuevo tipo”, por el otro. En ambos casos me pregunto qué valor tiene la escritura en la tarea de recuperar y reivindicar vidas femeninas disidentes en dos momentos históricos distintos pero unidos por un legado que se recibe y se resignifica.

This work analyzes the testimonial text of the Argentine journalist and militant Marta Dillon Aparecida (Buenos Aires, 2015), which recounts the recovery and identification of the remains of her mother, a political activist kidnapped and disappeared during the last dictatorship. But that story is inseparable from the multiple references to the militancy of Dillon herself in the feminist and LGTTBI movement; the testimony ends with two rituals: the funerals of the “appeared” mother and the wedding of Marta herself with her partner, Albertina Carri. My goal is to explore how Dillon links two types of militancy and life experience that were often ignored by each other or have faced openly: the militant and daily experience of a woman in the 1960s and 1970s, recovered through the biographical snippets of that absent mother, on the one hand, and the militancy of the author herself in the women’s movement and LGTTIB collectives, the intricate journey of a “lesbian” life and the experience of a “new type” family, on the other. In both cases, I wonder what is the value of writing in the task of recovering and claiming dissident female lives in two different historical moments but united by a legacy that is received and resignified.
