El lugar del juego en la transición entre nivel inicial y nivel primario : las voces de los actores

Abstract

En el marco de una investigación de corte cualitativo sobre transición entre niveles educativos, es importante revisar cuál es el lugar del juego como principio didáctico donde intervienen distintos factores que favorecen u obturan la continuidad de acciones entre Nivel Inicial y Nivel Primario. Primeramente, realizamos un análisis de las normativas que encuadran la propuesta de incorporar lo lúdico en las decisiones curriculares y su niveles de concreción. Develamos que la prescriptiva atraviesa los discursos de los actores tanto en las perspectivas de docentes como también en la percepción de los estudiantes que transitan por Nivel Inicial y primer grado de Educación Primaria sobre el lugar del juego en la escuela. Las preguntas que guían la exposición ponen en discusión las concepciones de los sujetos en relación al juego vinculadas a la enseñanza y al aprendizaje. A partir del recorte metodológico, utilizamos las entrevistas como técnica de recopilación de datos. Incorporamos la interpretación de las voces de los actores escolares referidas a las experiencias lúdicas vivenciadas en relación al valor atribuido, la continuidad o ruptura de ciertas acciones y la vinculación con distintos objetivos y funciones del juego tales como: desarrollo emocional, recreativo y cognitivo.

In the context of qualitative research on the transition between levels of education, it is important to examine the place of the game as a didactic principle in which different factors that favor or obturate the continuity of actions between the Initial and the Primary Level are involved. Firstly, we analyse the regulations that frame the proposal of incorporating play activities in curricular decisions and how much is achieved. We notice that the prescriptive notions about the place of game activities at school are present in the actors' discourses, both in the perspectives that teachers take and in the perception of students attending the Initial Level and first grade of Primary Education. The questions that guide the actors' speeches challenge their beliefs with respect to the game in relation to teaching and learning. In a way of research method, we use interviews as a data collection technique. We incorporate the interpretation of the school actors' voices as regards their experiences of game activities and their attributed value, continuity or disruption of certain actions and their linkage with the different aims and functions of game such as: emotional, recreational and cognitive development.
